33.3% INCREASE FACEBOOK FOLLOWERS
FINDING A WAY TO MAKE CONSTRUCTION SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGING
The Goal
Our client had preexisting social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook, but were looking to take their presence in a different direction. They were suffering very low engagement and stagnant growth. Our goal was to take over these accounts and bring fresh life to them, igniting fresh interest in our client’s company.
The Strategy
We ran an audit of Brandon’s historical media and their competitor’s media to find what performs best with their target audience. Graphic posts perform very poorly, while reels, completed project photos, and any content including an employee does the best. Our goal was to increase the consistency of their content, increase the short form video content, and focus on including staff from their office.
The Execution
We were able to work out individual content schedules for each platform and increase video usage across channels. We also worked with our client to increase the content they were shown in and to increase overall product photography.
The Result
After our first quarter implementing our strategy, we saw a 12.7% increase in Facebook reach and a 33.3% increase in followers. Over on Instagram, we saw a 623.3% increase in reach and a 58.1% increase in profile visits! Brandon Development President, Tom Brandon, noted, “Since taking over these functions for our companies, I have had numerous unsolicited rave reviews from clients and or professional acquaintances on the quality of our social media content and presentations!”
The Client
Brandon Development is a general contracting firm located in Brevard County on the Space Coast of Florida. They specialize in luxury custom home construction, industrial build outs, and custom commercial creation, but have done everything in between! They value integrity and quality in a field of competitors who would prefer to get a paycheck fast and easily than to build something worth a legacy.
